Availability is decided by the database, not by hope

- Prices frozen when soldEach night’s rate is stored with the booking. Changing a rule in July cannot reprice an August stay.
- Calendars that sync per roomTwo-way iCal with Airbnb, Booking.com and anything else that speaks it — per room type, or per named room.
- Arabic and English throughoutRight-to-left included, with translated content held in the database so an operator can add their own.

v0.0.1 — early. The catalogue, pricing, availability, checkout,
reviews, calendar sync and the operator panel are built. No payment provider
is wired up yet, so bookings are pay-on-arrival for now.
